When climber and team athlete @sheneenagins found herself homebound like so many of us, she got creative and decided to build her own PVC parallette bars. Like the parallel bars used in gymnastics, parallettes use your body’s weight to build overall strength and control. Another benefit? Mental balance, or as Nina jokingly says, “keeping the existential dread at bay”.
